The Story

Way Back

A Business is Born

Way Back

While our family is from Caro, Michigan, we also owned a cottage on Sand Point in Caseville.  I have been coming to this area since I was just little.  Then college, a teaching career and starting a family kept me away. Eventually that string will grow weak and break and your wish should come true.

Of course, my wish was to own a small business someday. You can never be too old to dream and wish, right?  Not sure if I helped the wish along or if that wish helped me, but 3 months later, on the day my sister TJ and I took possession of the building on Main Street in downtown Caseville, my necklace broke!  And this was how the Lemon Tree was born. :)
